Monisha Pujari, MD, is a Hospice and Palliative Medicine physician. She has been practicing full-time Hospice and Palliative Medicine for over a decade and is currently the Medical Director for Longleaf Hospice. She is a Mayo Clinic-trained Internal Medicine physician, boarded in Hospice and Palliative Medicine, and additionally Hospice Medical Director certified (HMDC). As a prolific writer she wanted to start to spread her knowledge and viewpoints via a blog in order to give clarity around palliative themes and ideas which could help live a better life to ensure a better death.
